Returns Policy

Super Medics Ltd is confident that you will be more than satisfied with the quality of products available for sale on this website. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (maximum of 14 calendar days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or make a reasonable deduction for making good the returns received.

We will refund you the full delivery charge when a product is returned as faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Returns can be made by through your courier of choice, however we suggest that you utilise a courier with a tracking service to ensure that the Returns are insured and traceable during their return. We do not cover the costs of return postage for unwanted items, so please be aware that all unwanted returns are posted at your own cost. Reasonable costs for return postage for faulty or damaged items will be refunded by Super Medics Ltd (please retain evidence of these costs), alternatively we may arrange our own collection. Please contact us prior to making a return for faulty or damaged goods so that we can offer the best option for your situation.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods unless they are faulty.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on Hi res images downloaded from our image library.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach your account within 7 working days. Timing will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
